Yinian Chengpian is an in-house AI short-video studio. A single line of input becomes a shootable script, completed with character design, scene imagery, a shot-by-shot storyboard, voice-over, subtitles, BGM and a full production plan.
The problem: for small merchants and content teams, short video rarely fails at the camera — it fails at ideation, scripting and assembling the parts. Most AI tools return a block of text and leave the user to find visuals, record audio and fit a runtime. Yinian Chengpian folds the whole chain behind one input field.
What it does: eight content templates (drama, comic, wuxia, talking head, product selling, store visits, explainers, product intros); five aspect ratios from 9:16 to 16:9, four runtimes from 5 to 30 seconds, six tonal directions, cast sizes from zero to many, and twelve output languages. Both text-to-video and image-to-video are supported, with the source image driving subject, composition and framing, and results arrive as 720P or 480P video with matching voice-over and subtitles.
Product decisions: the first screen holds one input box and six selectors — all the complexity sits behind them; output is structured as script, storyboard and assets so a single element can be swapped instead of regenerating everything; and the whole site is fully responsive, so the same flow from idea to finished video works on a phone.
